EY in the United States seeks an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead messaging for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. This role translates business objectives into clear, consistent communications, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive aligned engagement.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Typically 8–10 years of progressive internal/external communications experience for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for leadership and staff.
Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
Partner with Talent, Operations and Finance stakeholders to deliver coordinated messaging.
