Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, the role emphasizes clear, credible messaging, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and governance to keep the organization informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for varied audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align outcomes and messaging.
• Execute communications plans and translate complex topics into accessible messages.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications and adapt to evolving priorities.
