Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape messaging and drive alignment across Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will lead strategic communications, craft materials for senior leaders, and ensure consistency across audiences and channels in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Experience in a complex professional services organization.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align messaging and engagement.
• Develop and execute communications plans, core messaging and cascade materials.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for people, operational and business priorities.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to inform future communications and content development.
