Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field with minimum 6 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy and channels.
• Develop and socialize employee communications plans and programs.
• Lead internal narratives for Total Rewards programs and performance management initiatives.
• Drive organizational change and cross-functional alignment in communications.
