Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to steward enterprise messaging and ensure consistency across leader updates, employee announcements, and change communications.

You will translate strategy into employee-facing language, collaborate with multiple functions, and elevate cross-channel storytelling. The role emphasizes strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning messaging frameworks, maintaining editorial standards, and improving planning

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in internal, employee, corporate, change, and/or executive communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise messaging frameworks and maintain consistency across leaders, campaigns, and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own Weston’s internal narrative and the core set of strategic messages, priorities, and proof points for leaders and channels.
• Translate strategy, ESOP identity, technical impact, and AI evolution into clear, employee-centered language.
• Audit messaging across newsletters, town halls, intranet, leader updates, and change communications to eliminate conflicts.
• Develop the internal communications calendar, cadence, and channel plan in partnership with leadership.
• Write and edit leader messages, talking points, and town hall content aligned to the strategic narrative.
