EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead talent, operations and finance communications. You will translate priorities into clear messaging, craft materials for leaders and employees, and drive alignment across the practice with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8–10 years of executive/internal communications experience.
• Experience with change management and employee engagement.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate established priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights into future content.
