Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape messaging for Talent, Operations and Finance across the Americas. You will translate strategic priorities into clear communications for senior leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with broader Consulting strategy.

You will lead editorial quality, drive governance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels across the practice.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align messaging and outcomes.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies for clear, credible communications across audiences.
• Execute communications plans to support Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives with timely delivery.
• Translate complex topics into accessible, actionable communications and reinforce messages across channels.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications with a high standard of message discipline.
