Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming seeks an experienced Internal & Change Communications Director to lead messages and campaigns that inform, engage, and shape culture across the global enterprise. You will partner with People & Culture and business leaders to craft strategic narratives and change communications for major transformations.

The role sits in the Internal Communications team within the Communications & Corporate Brand function, focusing on clear messaging, crisis planning, and channel optimization

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in Corporate Affairs and/or Communications leadership roles, ideally international.
• Proven track record of internal communication strategies that drive transformation and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications for major organizational changes and executive messaging across multiple functions.
• Develop and implement an internal communications plan for the enterprise and functions to promote engagement.
• Counsel leaders and rollout change communications across the global enterprise.
