You will own internal comms for People programs, advise senior leaders on high-stakes moments, and build a scalable communications infrastructure that aligns with the company narrative. Remote-friendly, with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing
• Proven track record producing executive-level content with measurable engagement
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness with senior leaders
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio across multiple senior stakeholders
• Experience building scalable communications processes, systems, and measurement frameworks
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning communications strategy with a business-first orientation
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting clear, human messaging
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications
• Write and edit CPO comms, town hall scripts, company announcements and FAQs; translate programs into value propositions
• Build scalable communications infrastructure: calendars, playbooks, measurement frameworks
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners for aligned messaging
• Build mature workflows using data, insights, and AI to measure impact and improve
