Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support Growth Markets’ internal communications, helping design, develop and manage messaging across channels.

You will collaborate with senior teammates, identify content opportunities, oversee reviews, leverage AI tools to refine deliverables, and help measure outcomes while coordinating plans across time zones. This role requires strong writing, collaborative spirit and proactive project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Growth Markets communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identifies content opportunities, engages with SMEs, secures reviews and edits as needed.
• Manages channels for Growth Markets including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media and more.
• Leverages firm-approved AI tools to develop and execute deliverables, optimize workflow and enhance quality.
• Works with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop and execute communications plans.
• Supports measurement, reporting, planning and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
• Project manager for small-to-medium scale communications initiatives.
