Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support Growth Markets internal communications. You will shape messaging, manage channels, and collaborate with various teams to align on objectives and approvals.

You will also responsibly utilize AI tools to deliver high-quality outputs and maintain consistent communications. The role focuses on developing and executing communications plans, monitoring impact, and adapting to different time zones while delivering independently under

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
Approximately 5+ years of communications experience is required.

Responsibilities

Supports the Growth Markets communication strategy with internal stakeholders.
Identifies content opportunities, secures reviews and approvals, and edits as needed.
Manages channels for Growth Markets including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet and social media.
Leverages firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow and improve quality.
Ensures consistent messaging across communications and with service lines/industries.
Develops and executes communications plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Participates in internal client programs as required.
Supports measurement, reporting and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
