Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth Markets communication strategy with the Communications team and stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, secure reviews and approvals, and edit content as needed.
• Manage Growth Markets channels including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet and social media.
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow and improve quality.
• Ensure consistent messaging and coordinate with Service Lines, Industry and functional groups on plans.
• Assist measurement, reporting, planning, and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
• Work independently and, occasionally, supervise others on communications activities.
• Serve as project manager for small-to-medium scale initiatives under supervision.
