Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support Growth Markets internal communications. You will collaborate with the Communications team and internal stakeholders to align strategies, identify content opportunities, and edit materials.

You will manage channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, websites, social), leverage AI tools, develop communications plans with Service Lines and functional groups, and help measure outcomes. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience required.
• Ability to use AI tools for content creation and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Supports growth markets communication strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Manages channels including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media.
• Leverages AI tools to develop deliverables and optimize workflow.
• Develops and executes communications plans with service lines and functional groups.
• Assists in measuring and reporting Growth Markets communications.
