Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support the design, development, quality and management of internal communications for Growth Markets, shaping messaging across emails, intranet, websites and social channels.

You will collaborate with Service Lines and Industry groups, manage small-to-medium projects, apply firm-approved AI tools, and help measure and report on communications outcomes while working flexibly across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Growth Markets communication strategy and objectives.
• Manages channels for Growth Markets (emails, newsletters, intranet, websites, social).
• Identifies content opportunities and secures reviews/approvals.
• Leverages AI tools to develop and execute deliverables and enhance quality.
• Coordinates with Service Lines/Industry groups to execute communications plans.
• Supports measurement, reporting, planning and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
• Projects: small-to-medium initiatives under supervision.
• Works independently within communications activities.
