EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support internal communications for Growth Markets. You will work with the Communications team and stakeholders to align with business objectives and manage content across channels.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Growth Markets communication strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Identifies content opportunities and secures reviews and approvals.
• Manages Growth Markets channels including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media.
• Uses firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow and enhance quality.
• Leverages communications knowledge to ensure consistent messaging.
• Works with Service Lines, Industry groups to develop and execute plans.
• Participates in other programs as required.
• Supports measurement, reporting, and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
• Demonstrates understanding of advanced communications concepts.
• Works independently on communications activities, sometimes leading others.
• Project manager for small-to-medium scale initiatives under supervision.
