Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support Growth Markets internal communications and ensure messaging aligns with strategy across channels. You will work with the Communications team and internal stakeholders to create, review, and refine content for various platforms.

Responsibilities include managing emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, and social channels; leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency; and coordinating with Service Lines, Industry and

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major or equivalent experience.
Approximately 5+ years of communications experience is required.
Ability to work with AI tools for content creation and refinement.

Responsibilities

Supports the Growth Markets communication strategy with internal stakeholders.
Identifies content opportunities, secures reviews and approvals, and edits as needed.
Manages channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet, and social media.
Develops and executes communications plans with cross-functional teams.
Supports measurement, reporting, and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
Project manager for small-to-medium scale communications initiatives.
