Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to support Growth Markets internal communications, shaping strategy, content creation, and measurement. You will collaborate with the Communications team and stakeholders to align with business objectives and drive engagement across multiple channels.

You will manage emails, newsletters, intranet, and social channels, using AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience required.
• Ability to work with AI tools for content creation and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Supports Growth Markets communication strategy with the Communications team and stakeholders.
• Identifies content opportunities, secures reviews and edits as needed.
• Manages channels (emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media).
• Leverages AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow, and enhance quality.
• Ensures consistent messaging and collaboration across service lines and functional groups.
