The role partners with the CEO and ELT to shape messaging, oversee quarterly town halls, and ensure timely, authentic communications across the organization. Based in Ewing, NJ with a hybrid schedule, this position requires a strategic thinker who can write clearly, advise senior leaders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field required.
• 10+ years leading enterprise-wide internal communications strategy with C-suite exposure.
• Experience in global organizations; change management knowledge; PROSCI cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide internal communications strategy and engagement efforts aligned to culture and priorities.
• Develop and implement a proactive CEO communications strategy with cadence across stakeholders.
• Plan companywide town halls; coordinate speakers, logistics, and tech with IT/partners.
• Partner with the CEO and ELT to shape agendas, narratives, and messages.
• Translate data into executive insights; build scalable toolkits and leader resources.
• Ensure accuracy for regulatory or disclosure-related communications and drive continuous improvement.
