Job summary

The role offers a broad view across news, data and enterprise businesses, with a focus on storytelling, change management and engaging campaigns. You will report to the VP of Internal Communications, work in a hybrid NYC office, and drive content across intranet, newsletters, LinkedIn, and other formats while guiding strategic initiatives and improving
Qualifications
- 10+ years internal communications or relevant experience.
- Strong writing skills with a nose for news; reporter/journalism background a plus.
- Experience developing and executing impactful global campaigns.
- Ability to distill complex content into simple, sticky messages or graphics.
- A data-led approach to communications; experience managing content calendars and data dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Report to the VP of Internal Communications and be based out of the New York City office in hybrid mode (three days a week).
- Generate content for internal and external channels and repurpose content across formats (intranet article, video, press release, infographic, etc.).
- Lead internal change initiatives and advise key stakeholders to explain changes and implications.
- Manage global campaigns from ideation to execution to boost awareness and engagement.
- Lead company-wide programming and improve participation and engagement.
