Dow Jones seeks a senior internal communications leader to shape messaging for employees, customers, partners, media, and social channels. You will craft content across intranet, newsletters, LinkedIn, and Instagram, repurposing for video, press releases, and infographics.

You will drive global campaigns, lead company-wide programs like All-Hands, and partner with leadership to ensure clear change messaging. A strong writer with change-management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years internal communications or relevant experience.
• Creative storytelling aligned to business priorities; experience leading change in a matrixed org.
• Experience developing and executing impactful global campaigns.
• Strong writing skills with a nose for news; journalist background a plus.
• Ability to distill complex content into simple, sticky messages/graphics.
• Experience with video editing, AI tools and graphic design software.
• Data-driven approach with content calendars and data dashboards.
• Collaborative, team-oriented and solution-driven work style.
• Global work experience or agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to VP of Internal Communications and be based in NYC hybrid (three days a week).
• Generate content for internal and external channels and repurpose across formats.
• Lead internal change initiatives and advise stakeholders on implications.
• Manage global campaigns from ideation to execution to boost engagement.
• Lead company-wide programming and identify ways to improve participation.
• Stay abreast of employee communications technologies and advise on adoption.
