Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC seeks a Sr. Manager of Communications to design and execute proactive corporate communications aligning with business objectives and brand strategy. The role involves internal and external messaging, content development, and ensuring consistency across channels.

The candidate will lead media relations, collaborate with the PACS team and HR business partner, and coach spokespeople while monitoring trends and impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external corporate communications programs aligned with CCSWB business objectives.
• Execute communications strategies to drive internal and external business results.
• Coordinate with CCSWB PACS team, HR business partner and other functions to ensure messaging consistency.
• Manage corporate website and other company digital channels.
• Maintain relationships with local media contacts and protect/enhance the company’s reputation.
• Coordinate and manage communication training for CCSWB associates.
• Track media and social trends and their impact on regions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
