Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Sr. Communications Specialist to develop and execute proactive internal communications programs that support business objectives. You will craft local content for internal channels and ensure consistent messaging across CCSWB platforms.

You will lead content development, coordinate with HR and PACS, manage channels such as intranet and internal TV, and oversee agencies to maintain a unified corporate voice across all internal audiences.

Qualifications

Job description

The Sr. Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing proactive, integrated corporate communications programs that successfully reinforces business objectives, vision and strategy for Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages with internal audiences. Primary duties include developing and executing internal communication programs and ensuring consistent messaging across all internal platforms.

• Develop local content (images/copy/video) for internal channels in line with CCSWB corporate and brand communications strategies.
• Execute communications strategies to drive Engagement and internal business results
• Coordinate with CCSWB PACS team, HR business partner and other functions to ensure consistency of messaging.
• Manage internal communications channels (eg intranet, internal TV network, mobile), including content development, content calendars and regular posting.
• Work closely with Director of PACS to service all business functions and manage outside agencies
• Track and monitor performance of Internal channels,
• Support development of content for speakers and production aspects of employee townhalls.
• Partner with other functional team members to develop and maintain overall stewardship of the corporate brand, positioning, and messaging; ensure consistency across internal and external channels
• Copywriting, editing and quality control, for all written, verbal and digital communications to internal stakeholders

Qualification
