Job summary

You will coordinate content, manage announcements, monitor results, and work with stakeholders and external resources to support the company's communications strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal communications vehicles align with brand personality and objectives.
• Provide status updates and announcements for internal projects; develop and execute communications plans.
• Coordinate the internal distribution of announcements and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor, measure and report results; recommend changes to upper management.
• Work with stakeholders to set near- and long-term internal communications goals.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to support the communications strategy.
• Manage external creative resources with guidance for content material.
• Establish objectives, key messages, budget, audience and recipient lists.
• Oversee writing, design, layout, production and distribution of materials.
