EY Americas Consulting is seeking an experienced Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape and execute internal and executive communications for Talent, Operations and Finance. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear messages and engaging content.

The role requires deep editorial judgment, strategic counsel, and the ability to drive disciplined delivery across a complex communications ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred; experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise‑oriented initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to inform future communications and content development.
