You will craft clear narratives, develop an annual internal comms plan, and create multimedia content for diverse work environments, including field and construction sites.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in communications with a track record of running successful comms programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional writing with audience-first, clear and engaging storytelling.
• AI-first mindset; daily use of AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• HSE Narrative Development: sharpen messaging for varied employee audiences.
• Own and execute an annual internal comms plan with quarterly reviews.
• Reach a deskless workforce via channels like digital signage, SMS, shift huddles, and mobile content.
• Produce video and multimedia to make safety content engaging.
• Lead incident and crisis communications with cross-functional coordination.
• Shape safety training content and onboarding communications for consistency.
• Equip managers with talking points and cascade materials for safety messaging.
• Develop blogs, op-eds, speaking content, and social posts for thought leadership.
• Monitor HSE landscape for competitive comms strategies and insights.
• Direct Brand Studio to create assets for HSE communications when needed.
• Build listening mechanisms like pulse surveys; report on findings.
• Track audience metrics and outcomes to refine strategy.
• Coordinate with Legal on regulatory communications.
