Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive communications, ideally in manufacturing or complex environments.
• Experience building and executing cross-functional communication plans.
• Ability to translate leadership direction into clear messages.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and tone.

Responsabilités

• Support senior leaders with messaging aligning to priorities.
• Translate executive direction into employee messaging, talking points, and materials.
• Develop and execute employee communications programs across locations.
• Plan editorial calendars and manage content across channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, IT, and other leaders to align messages.
