Steinberg Hart is seeking a seasoned Interior Design Leader to drive high-quality design across multiple projects in education, civic, government, and cultural sectors.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with project architects, and ensure BIM standards are met while delivering compelling client presentations and design solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and design excellence.

Formación

• Five years of interior design experience on interiors projects.
• Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design.
• NCIDQ Certification with ADA and life safety knowledge.
• LEED or WELL accreditation preferred.
• Experience with civic/government and/or higher-education work.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of FF&E, color, materials, and furniture systems.
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop design solutions on multiple interior design projects including higher education, civic, government, and cultural work.
• Provide motivation, mentorship, and strong design skills to the interior design team through all stages from programming to documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Architects to ensure construction documents reflect design intent and BIM standards.
• Lead firmwide interior design efforts and client presentations, while supporting business development.
• Mentor junior interior design staff and participate in firmwide initiatives and industry events.
