Job summary

Steinberg Hart is seeking a senior Project Manager/Architect to lead complex DoD and federal projects from concept through construction. The role emphasizes design excellence, client relationships, and multidisciplinary team leadership in a high‑caliber studio environment.

You will guide staffing, contracts, and design development, ensuring compliance with codes and client standards while driving profitable project outcomes and long‑term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years of design and project management experience.
• Degree in Architecture; CA license preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and/or large teams on complex projects.
• Lead backlog staffing, contracts and project workflows.
• Ensure profitable completion from inception to closeout.
• Develop project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with DoD and federal clients and regulators.
