Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design required.
• NCIDQ certification with ADA and life safety knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in interiors design and documentation.
• NAVFAC Interiors experience preferred.
• LEED or WELL accreditation preferred.
• Experience with civic/government and higher education projects preferred.
• Commitment to sustainable materials and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions for multiple interior projects including federal, civic, and higher education.
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet design intent and BIM standards.
• Originate innovative high-level design solutions.
