Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead our design team and provide end-to-end consultative services. You will meet with customers, educate them on options, and build creative concepts aligned with personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with residential and professional clients, collaboration with store leadership, and ongoing engagement with design trends and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA or AA in Interior Design or 6 years interior design experience
• Internal candidates require 24 months of Floor & Decor Designer experience
• Retail/sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
• Proficient in basic math and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine design needs and budget
• Educate customers on materials and finishes
• Design concepts reflecting client style, lifestyle, and budget
• Schedule appointments and grow clientele through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation
• Stay current with local design trends
