Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead our design team in Utica, MI. You will meet with customers, understand their project needs, educate on requirements, and craft design concepts aligned with personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

You will develop relationships, schedule appointments, and guide clients through tile, wood, stone, and accessory selections, delivering complete design solutions and seamless project management.

Qualifications

• Must have a design degree or 6 years of interior design experience in lieu of education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with basic math and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals and leads.
