Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead our design team and provide a seamless start-to-finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve.

Senior Designers are responsible for meeting with customers, educating them on project requirements, and crafting a creative design concept that reflects the customers personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience in lieu of education.
• Combination of education and experience equal to 6 years.
• Proficient with basic math and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet customers and support design walk-ins.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals.
