Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead our design team and deliver end-to-end consultative design services that build lasting relationships with customers and strengthen brand loyalty.

You will meet with customers, assess project needs, educate on requirements, and craft design concepts reflecting personal style, lifestyle, and budget. In this role you will manage multiple projects, schedule appointments, provide product guidance across tile, wood, stone, and accessories,

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design).
• 6 years interior design experience in lieu of design education.
• Combination of education and experience equal to 6 years.
• Prior retail/sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet store customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.
