Job summary

CONFISA INTERNATIONAL GROUP in North America seeks a senior sales leader to drive growth for Interactive services across Hi-Tech and Media verticals. You will own revenue, manage executive relationships, and lead GTM strategies to secure large-scale CX transformation deals.

The role requires extensive experience in consultative selling, platform ecosystems (Adobe, Shopify, BigCommerce), and a proven track record in building pipeline and closing multi-year contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in CX including content, commerce, marketing, and digital in an integrated agency/SI environment with AI exposure.
• Proven track record of executive-level consultative selling in Interactive technology/marketing/CX/digital transformation domains.
• Platform expertise in commerce/Martech/CRM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & pipeline ownership for Interactive services in North America.
• Executive client engagement and relationship management with senior marketing and digital leaders.
• Hunting and farming for net-new logos and expanding existing accounts.
