Job summary

Closr is seeking an Interactive Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in Hi-Tech & Media across North America, focusing on executive-level consultative selling and integrated programs spanning design, commerce, marketing and digital transformation.

Based in Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area, you will own pipeline and TCV, hunt for new logos, expand key accounts, and collaborate with product and leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven executive-level consultative selling experience in Interactive, marketing technology, CX or digital transformation.
• Experience selling Interactive work at the executive level.
• Exposure to AI-led projects and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline, revenue and TCV targets for the Interactive practice in your industry segment.
• Hunt for net-new logos and expand existing accounts in North America.
• Build relationships with CMOs, CDOs, heads of digital and commerce, and other senior leaders.
• Lead consultative, solution-led selling with cross-functional teams and shape pitches to client problems.
• Develop the market for the practice through thought leadership and representation at industry events.
