Job summary

Stantec in Houston seeks a Manager – Integrity Management Programs to lead a focused team delivering integrity and maintenance programs across energy and infrastructure sectors. You will guide risk assessment efforts, data management, and fitness-for-service decisions, while acting as PM or technical adviser on projects.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills to grow the Integrity Division and strengthen client relationships in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years work experience related to integrity within the energy industry.
• Experienced with USA and Canadian standards, practices and applicable legislation.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrity management programs and provide technical oversight.
• Coordinate risk programs, data management, and fitness-for-service assessments.
