Job summary

Vention is seeking an experienced enterprise accounts and integrations leader to own strategic accounts, drive escalations end-to-end, and manage high-stakes deployments. You will mentor specialists, coordinate with Engineering and Product, and ensure customer feedback informs the roadmap.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial automation with customer-facing experience, robotics programming expertise in two platforms, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in industrial automation with customer-facing experience.
• Robotics programming mastery in two of Fanuc, Universal Robots, ABB.
• Ability to learn and work within Vention's automation stack (MachineMotion, MachineLogic, Python).
• Exceptional communication and ability to present remediation plans to executives.
• Proven track record commissioning industrial automation systems end-to-end.
• Fluency in English; French/Spanish is a plus for Quebec/LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and run Executive Business Reviews.
• Drive L3/L4 escalations from first response to root cause, coordinating engineering and product.
• Project-manage high-stakes deployments, on-site or remote.
• Mentor Integration Specialists and set technical standards for the team.
• Bridge field feedback to Product, Engineering, and QA; lead UAT for major releases.
