FirstCall Group is expanding its national HVAC and mechanical services platform and seeks an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead the year 1 transition for acquired locations. You will partner with owners, regional leadership, and the Head of Integration to turn acquisitions into fully integrated FirstCall operating companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning HR, Finance, IT, and Operations with measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead year-1 integration lifecycle for new partners from pre-close planning to year-1 close.
• Translate diligence findings into the integration project plan.
• Coordinate back-office integration across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, IT within 100 days.
• Benchmark 3-year goals and develop handoff planning with operations leadership.
• Track KPIs and ensure value delivery throughout the integration.
