Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead the year-1 transition for newly acquired partners, guiding cultural and operational integration across payroll, IT, finance, safety, and more. You will work with executive leadership to ensure a smooth, rapid onboarding into the national network.

The role requires extensive travel (50–75%) during active integrations and a track record of driving cross-functional programs to deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across HR, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Comfortable with P&L structure and KPIs.
• Ability to brief senior leadership concisely and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the year-1 integration lifecycle for new partners, from pre-close to year-1 close.
• Translate diligence findings into a repeatable integration playbook.
• Coordinate back-office integration (payroll, benefits, finance, safety, IT) in 100 days.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to set 3-year goals and handoff plans.
• Plan days 100-365 to drive cultural integration and value creation.
• Monitor KPIs and flag risks to maintain deal value.
• Close the integration project at Month 12 and document lessons learned.
