Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to drive the year 1 transition for newly acquired HVAC and mechanical service partners. You will lead the integration from pre-close planning through on-site execution, collaborating with local leadership and the Head of Integration.

You will design and execute a repeatable playbook, align back-office functions, and ensure cultural and operational onboarding within 100 days, with travel across the U.S. for on-site activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Mechanical services industry, M&A and/or integration experience preferred.
• Comfortable with P&L structure and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the year 1 integration lifecycle for new partners from pre-close planning to year 1 close.
• Translate diligence findings into the integration project plan.
• Coordinate back-office integration across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet, and IT.
• Benchmark 3-year goals, SWOT analysis, and commercial handoff planning.
• Plan days 100–365 focusing on cultural integration and value creation.
• Track retention and risks to protect deal value.
• Formalize closeout and transition ownership after Month 12.
