Job summary

FirstCall Group is hiring Integration Project Managers to support our national network as new partners transition into FirstCall operating companies. You own the year 1 transition plan and lead the integration with acquired leadership, the Regional VP, and the Head of Integration.

You’ll own the full lifecycle, design the playbook, ensure back-office integration in the first 100 days, and track KPI risks to protect deal value. Travel is substantial across the U.S. during the initial phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives spanning HR, Finance, IT and Operations with measurable outcomes and deadlines.
• Experience with integration projects, M&A or operating-model transitions preferred.
• Comfortable briefing senior leadership and translating diligence findings into a plan.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: own year 1 lifecycle for new partners from pre-close planning to close.
• Playbook Design: translate diligence into the integration project plan.
• Stabilization: implement back-office integration across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, IT in 100 days.
• Strategy Building: benchmark 3-year goals, SWOT, and handoff planning.
• Operations and Cultural Transition: plan days 100–365 for culture and value creation.
• KPI Vigilance: track retention and manage risks to protect deal value.
• Meaningful Closeout: close the integration project at Month 12 and document lessons.
