Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Conroe, TX seeks an experienced Integration Manager to lead the Integration Department, oversee production planning, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.

You will manage teams, coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, and Quality to deliver on schedule while maintaining UL508A and NEC standards. This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of electrical integration, control panels, and automation, plus proven

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Integration Department.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans to meet production and delivery commitments.
• Oversee integration, wiring, testing, and FAT preparation for panels and automation systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Procurement, Quality, and others.
