Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
7+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing or related field.
3+ years supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical panels and integration.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Demonstrated leadership and people development.
Experience with FAT/testing is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the Integration Department.
Oversee production planning, scheduling and resource management.
Ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery of projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Production and Quality teams.
Support testing, FAT activities, customer inspections and project turnover.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled integration personnel.
Drive continuous improvement and standard work across the department.
