This role is responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating production activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the successful integration, testing, and delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems. Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment.
• Experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel.
• Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issues.
