Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel.
• Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to improve efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and internal quality standards.
• Lead training, coaching, and development initiatives.
