Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility.

You will supervise personnel, coordinate production activities, and ensure quality workmanship for industrial control panels and automation systems. The role requires hands-on leadership with strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems; you'll collaborate with engineering, project management, production, and quality teams to deliver safe,

Qualifications

Minimum: high school diploma or GED and 5+ years in industrial panel manufacturing, integration, or automation.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation equipment.
Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise integration technicians and production staff.
Coordinate work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery.
Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built per drawings, schematics, and specs.
Monitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization for efficiency.
Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and QA teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and internal standards.
Conduct inspections and verify workmanship throughout production.
Promote and enforce safety policies; lead training and development initiatives.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities; support Lean initiatives.
Assist with inventory, materials coordination, and production planning as needed.
