Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the Conroe-based integration department.

You will oversee production planning, team leadership, project execution, quality, safety, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, electrical integration, automation systems, and production management, with a hands-on

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, electrical integration, automation, or related manufacturing environment.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, electrical, or integration environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for the Integration Department.
Manage, develop, and support Integration Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and other department personnel.
Establish production priorities aligned with project schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure staffing and resources meet production and delivery commitments.
Monitor performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.
Oversee integration activities from wiring and testing to FAT, shipment, and delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure project success.
