Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the Conroe facility's integration operations. You will oversee production planning, project execution, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.

The role requires hands-on leadership in industrial control panel manufacturing and electrical integration, with collaboration across Engineering, Production, and Procurement to meet customer specifications and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial control panel/manufacturing or automation.
• 3+ years supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation and automation equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Lead and develop production teams and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Integration Department.
• Develop and support Supervisors, Leads, Technicians and other personnel.
• Set production priorities based on project schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure staffing and resources meet production and delivery commitments.
• Monitor performance, safety, quality and development of staff.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee integration, assembly, wiring, testing and FAT readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management and Quality to resolve issues.
