Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston seeks an Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team. You will supervise personnel, coordinate production activities, and ensure high-quality control panels and automation systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership and deep knowledge of industrial control systems, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in panel manufacturing, integration, or automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and layouts.
• Strong leadership with experience in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of integration technicians and production staff.
• Prioritize work to meet production schedules and delivery dates.
• Ensure assemblies follow drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization for efficiency.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and FAT activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, project mgmt, procurement, and QA.
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and internal standards.
• Perform inspections and verify workmanship throughout production.
• Lead safety programs and training initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Maintain production and reporting documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration processes.
• Support Lean manufacturing and planning activities.
