Job summary

Progressive Companies is seeking an Integration Leader to coordinate architecture, engineering design and construction management, driving Single Point Delivery projects from pursuit through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers, owning scope, cost, schedule and quality while mentoring staff and shaping the firm's delivery expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years leading design and construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership across design coordination and construction execution.
• Strong project management and financial acumen.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration across design and construction teams from pursuit through closeout.
• Set standards for project management execution and governance across the portfolio.
• Drive high-profile client engagements with effective scope, cost, schedule and risk decisions.
• Oversee constructability reviews and risk assessments at design milestones.
• Ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction to execution and maintain alignment of project intent.
